We always look forward to this traditional shopping evening in Lewes, held this year on Thursday 1st December, 6pm – 8.30pm. Late Night Shopping in Lewes has been taking place for over 30 years. Start (or finish) you’re shopping, with an eclectic choice of shops sure to offer that special gift you are seeking, enjoy carol singing as you walk through the town centre and were sure a mulled wine and mince pie or two.
The High Street is closed to traffic so pedestrians can enjoy a car free shopping experience. Before you commence your shopping pop to Santa’s Grotto, it will make for a magical visit for the children, Santa will be at Lewes House on School Hill.
Harvey’s Yard will be open from 6-8.30pm, never to be missed, jazz, bands and carol singing along with Christmas Ale by Harvey’s and a delicious Hog Roast by Holmansbridge Farm.
