We hope you’ll love your new Darcey clothes, but if you find your order isn't quite right, then please just return the items to us.
You just need to send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt of goods, making sure it's unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that it was sent to you with all info and price tags still attached (this does not affect your statutory rights). Footwear must be returned in its original box and with all protective packaging intact. We will not accept goods outside of this timeframe, except for faulty goods, and will not accept goods that are worn or where any of the tags have been removed. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of your purchases while they are in your possession.
You will find a returns form in with your delivery, so please complete that and include it when you send your goods back in the post to us. You will also find a return address label to use on your package, but you will need to pay the postage costs. Once we've received your goods we'll refund your debit/credit card and email you to let you know.
A refund will be issued to the original card that was used for the purchase within 7 - 10 working days of receipt of the return, and we will email you to confirm this. These processing timelines are dependent on your bank and are unfortunately out of our control. Any refund will include the full value of the items returned, including UK taxes, but will exclude delivery costs.
Alternatively you can take any items being returned, along with your receipt, into the Darcey store in Lewes in East Sussex where our staff will be happy to organise exchange or refund your goods subject to the above.

We hope everything reaches you in perfect condition, but sometimes things slip through the net. We classify goods as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where we can we will offer to replace items deemed as faulty, but exchanges of goods are subject to availability and you will receive a full refund if the item cannot be replaced.
